Shipping Times

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Track your shipment: Use your tracking number on our Order Tracking Page or the courier’s website.
- Tracking updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If you haven’t received your tracking email or your tracking isn’t updating, please contact us and we’ll help.
Customs & Taxes
Our prices are inclusive of taxes in EUR, however international orders may be subject to additional charges:
- Customs duties / import taxes / related fees are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing. For more information on potential fees, please contact your local customs office.

1) Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- All customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and related fees are the full responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are not included in your product price or shipping fee and are collected by U.S. Customs upon entry.
2) Customs Processing & Delivery Delays
- Delivery times may be extended due to U.S. Customs clearance procedures.
- Customs processing times are outside of our control. Customers may contact U.S. Customs for guidance on potential delays before placing an order.
3) No Returns or Refunds (U.S. Orders)
- Orders shipped to the United States are final sale.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to tariffs, import costs, or customs delays.
4) Customer Responsibility
By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you agree to accept all related costs, risks, and responsibilities associated with U.S. customs clearance.
If customs fees are refused, the package may be held, returned, or destroyed by U.S. Customs. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
