Initiate a return for a refund. Please note that for returns outside the EU, customers are responsible for the shipping costs, and a $45 Customs & return handling fee will be deducted from the refund and only the remaining amount will be refunded after the $45 Customs & return fee. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind. To make things a little easier for you, if you’d prefer not to go through the return process, you’re welcome to keep your order, and we’ll refund 20% of the total amount instead.
