Reason for return*

How would you like us to resolve this?*

Free exchange or replacement

Exchange it for free: send me the right size, a different piece, or a replacement if my order arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, with no shipping costs and no fees for me. View our full return policy.

20% refund & Keep item(s)

Keep my order and refund me 20% of what I paid, with nothing to pack, post or track, and the money back on my original payment method. View our full return policy.

Standard refund: post it back myself for a refund, understanding that a $30 USD returns fee is deducted from my refund before the remaining amount is paid, covering the import duties on a parcel coming back from outside the EU plus restocking, that I also pay the return shipping plus any carrier fees, that it must go by tracked post to our overseas warehouse and can take several weeks to arrive, that it must reach us unused, unworn and in its original packaging, and that my refund is issued once it arrives and has been checked, then 5 to 10 working days to appear. Or none of the above, I have a different reason and would like to explain it below. View our full return policy.

Thank you, we've received your return request and will be in touch within 1–2 business days.
